A collaboration 5 years in the planning, Irvine Music Festival is pleased to offer an extraordinary music and cultural exchange program between young musicians from all over the world. In this pilot program, participants are invited from Japan, China and the United States to foster musical partnership and cultural exchange in the idyllic setting of Biei, famous for its outstanding scenery of lavender and rolling flower fields, Blue Pond, and other unique
